Francesco has been a committed teacher of the Guitar since he was 16 years old and has wide experience teaching at all levels and abilities. Many of his students have gone beyond Grade 8 and are now professionally qualified via Diplomas from Britain's top music colleges. Recently he has successfully coached students for audition to the Purcell School of Music and the National Youth Guitar Ensemble. Francesco is an Associate of the Royal College of Music, a member of the European Guitar Teachers Association and has enhanced CRB clearance.

Previous experience includes six years with the University College of Ripon and York St. John where he coached undergraduate guitarists through the performance content of their music degrees and 5 years with the award winning Oxfordshire Music Service.
